Para emiss\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio quitar o IPVA, a taxa de licenciamento e todas as multas vencidas, al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o haver restri\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais ou administrativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante abordagens, o condutor pode quitar d\u00e9bitos para evitar a remo\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo, conforme a Lei Estadual 25.070\/2024.
