Um jovem de 24 anos, com mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto por um crime brutal, foi preso na manh\u00e3 deste domingo (10) em Matip\u00f3. De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Militar, o autor, que n\u00e3o teve a identidade revelada, ateou fogo em uma pessoa ainda viva para roubar seus bens. A pena a ser cumprida \u00e9 de 8 anos de reclus\u00e3o, em regime fechado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pris\u00e3o foi realizada ap\u00f3s meses de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e levantamentos feitos por militares da fra\u00e7\u00e3o PM de Matip\u00f3, em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com informantes. O mandado de pris\u00e3o contra o jovem era parte da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Nexus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, os policiais obtiveram informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o local onde o foragido estava escondido. Uma equipe composta pelo sargento Mauro Ferreira, e pelos cabos Leandro e Leonardo, tra\u00e7ou uma estrat\u00e9gia para a abordagem. A interven\u00e7\u00e3o foi bem-sucedida e o suspeito foi preso na Rua S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o jovem foi levado ao Hospital Cristo Rei para exames, garantindo que seus direitos constitucionais fossem preservados.
