Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, al\u00e9m do feminic\u00eddio, ele responder\u00e1 por tr\u00e1fico de drogas, j\u00e1 que teria fornecido e injetado entorpecentes na v\u00edtima de forma cont\u00ednua, aumentando as doses at\u00e9 provocar a overdose fatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alef foi preso na Col\u00f4mbia, em agosto de 2023, ap\u00f3s inclus\u00e3o na lista da Interpol. A den\u00fancia inclui qualificadoras de feminic\u00eddio, motivo torpe, meio cruel e recurso que dificultou a defesa da v\u00edtima. O MP afirma que ela sofria agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e psicol\u00f3gicas constantes, na presen\u00e7a das filhas de 10 e 14 anos, agravando o crime. Laudos apontam m\u00faltiplas les\u00f5es e marcas de agulha nos bra\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o homic\u00eddio, ele teria usado as redes sociais de Rafaella para simular que ela estava viva e depois desativado as contas. Caso condenado, pode pegar de 12 a 30 anos apenas pelo homic\u00eddio, al\u00e9m da pena por tr\u00e1fico. O caso se enquadra na Lei Maria da Penha e na Lei de Crimes Hediondos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafaella e Alef estavam juntos havia dois meses, ap\u00f3s se conhecerem por aplicativo. Familiares relataram mudan\u00e7as de comportamento, distanciamento das filhas e uso de roupas para esconder marcas. No dia do crime, houve duas discuss\u00f5es; pela manh\u00e3, ela desmaiou ap\u00f3s agress\u00f5es, e \u00e0 noite tentou fugir, deixando marcas de sangue pela casa.
