Juarez \u00e9 acusado de tentar matar Ilma Maria da Silva Rocha, m\u00e3e de sua ex-namorada, em mar\u00e7o de 2017, no munic\u00edpio de Ipaba. De acordo com a den\u00fancia, o crime teria sido motivado por vingan\u00e7a ap\u00f3s o fim do relacionamento com a filha da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Na manh\u00e3 do ataque, Ilma caminhava por uma rua quando foi surpreendida pelo r\u00e9u, que se aproximou de bicicleta e a empurrou contra um muro. Ap\u00f3s luta corporal, a v\u00edtima conseguiu se soltar, mas Juarez atirou contra ela, atingindo seu ombro esquerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A v\u00edtima sobreviveu porque o disparo n\u00e3o atingiu \u00f3rg\u00e3os vitais e recebeu atendimento m\u00e9dico imediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 conduzida pelo promotor Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro, da 11\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Ipatinga. O processo tramita na Vara de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais, de Precat\u00f3rias Criminais e do Tribunal do J\u00fari da Comarca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
