Compete a este tribunal afirmar o que \u00e9 constitucional ou inconstitucional, legal ou ilegal\u201d, disse Fux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O ministro acrescentou que \u201ctrata-se de miss\u00e3o que exige objetividade, rigor t\u00e9cnico e minimalismo interpretativo.
