O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), por meio da 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Comarca de Inhapim, conseguiu uma importante conquista para a sa\u00fade da regi\u00e3o. Atendendo pedido do Promotor de Justi\u00e7a Dr. Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro<\/strong>, a Justi\u00e7a autorizou que um Fiat Toro apreendido em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o criminal<\/strong> seja destinado ao Servi\u00e7o de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Domiciliar (SAD)<\/strong> do munic\u00edpio de Caratinga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decis\u00e3o se baseia no artigo 133-A do C\u00f3digo de Processo Penal, que permite a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de bens apreendidos por \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos quando h\u00e1 interesse coletivo. O pedido levou em conta as dificuldades enfrentadas pelo SAD, respons\u00e1vel por atender pacientes em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade em Caratinga e outros 12 munic\u00edpios da microrregi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com o ve\u00edculo, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel melhorar o deslocamento de equipes m\u00e9dicas e de enfermagem, especialmente em \u00e1reas rurais de dif\u00edcil acesso. A Secretaria de Sa\u00fade de Caratinga<\/strong> ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do autom\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o promotor Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro<\/strong>, a medida representa um grande avan\u00e7o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA destina\u00e7\u00e3o desse ve\u00edculo ao SAD permitir\u00e1 maior efici\u00eancia no atendimento domiciliar e melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho aos profissionais de sa\u00fade, resultando em benef\u00edcios concretos para os pacientes\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
