O cantor sertanejo Relber, da dupla Relber e Allan, foi indiciado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil por quatro tentativas de homic\u00eddio qualificado, na forma de dolo eventual, ap\u00f3s acidente ocorrido em 6 de julho de 2025, na BR-458, em Santana do Para\u00edso. O inqu\u00e9rito foi conclu\u00eddo e enviado \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a no dia 4 de setembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a pol\u00edcia, Relber dirigia embriagado, em alta velocidade, e fez uma ultrapassagem proibida em uma ponte de m\u00e3o \u00fanica, batendo de frente com outro carro. Tr\u00eas ocupantes do ve\u00edculo ficaram feridos, um deles com fratura exposta. Na caminhonete do cantor, um passageiro perdeu parte da orelha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O cantor, de 44 anos, est\u00e1 preso preventivamente desde 26 de agosto, detido em Belo Horizonte por risco de fuga, j\u00e1 que tinha shows no Brasil e no exterior. Um amigo dele tamb\u00e9m foi indiciado por favorecimento pessoal, por ajud\u00e1-lo a deixar o local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es reuniram v\u00eddeos, testemunhos e comandas que indicam consumo de bebidas alco\u00f3licas por Relber antes do acidente. Imagens mostram o artista dirigindo em alta velocidade e avan\u00e7ando sinal vermelho. Houve ainda apreens\u00e3o de muni\u00e7\u00f5es em sua casa e ind\u00edcios de fraude processual em bares que se recusaram a entregar grava\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pol\u00edcia destacou o hist\u00f3rico de infra\u00e7\u00f5es do cantor: envolvimento em acidente fatal em 2016, pris\u00e3o por embriaguez ao volante e porte ilegal de arma em 2020, al\u00e9m de reincid\u00eancia por dirigir alcoolizado em 2022, o que resultou na cassa\u00e7\u00e3o de sua CNH em 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
