O Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Minas Gerais (TJMG) manteve, em inst\u00e2ncia recursal, a condena\u00e7\u00e3o de 45 anos de pris\u00e3o em regime inicialmente fechado a um homem acusado de feminic\u00eddio em Dom Cavati, no Vale do Rio Doce. A decis\u00e3o confirma a senten\u00e7a do Tribunal do J\u00fari, proferida em 9 de setembro, que aplicou a pena m\u00e1xima prevista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O crime ocorreu em 15 de junho de 2024. Segundo a den\u00fancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), o r\u00e9u matou a ex-companheira Valqu\u00edria Lima Dias, \u00e0 \u00e9poca 28 anos, com 40 golpes de faca, motivado por ci\u00fames e inconformismo com o fim do relacionamento. O filho da v\u00edtima, de apenas 12 anos, presenciou a cena e ainda tentou impedir a agress\u00e3o, sem sucesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A condena\u00e7\u00e3o foi mantida ap\u00f3s recurso da defesa, que pedia revis\u00e3o da pena. O TJMG reconheceu a gravidade do crime e a corre\u00e7\u00e3o da decis\u00e3o do j\u00fari, destacando a soberania dos veredictos e a necessidade de resposta penal rigorosa em casos de feminic\u00eddio praticados com requintes de crueldade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
