A Defensoria P\u00fablica de Minas Gerais (DPMG) realiza a 13\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Mutir\u00e3o Direito a ter Pai em Caratinga, Governador Valadares, Guanh\u00e3es e Te\u00f3filo Otoni. As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser feitas at\u00e9 17 de outubro de forma presencial ou por telefone\/WhatsApp, conforme a unidade escolhida. As sess\u00f5es ocorrer\u00e3o entre 28 e 31 de outubro, sendo os exames de DNA agendados para o dia 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a DPMG, a iniciativa extrajudicial, realizada anualmente, busca garantir o direito \u00e0 paternidade\/maternidade e fortalecer v\u00ednculos familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No mutir\u00e3o, ser\u00e3o oferecidos: exames de DNA, reconhecimentos espont\u00e2neos de paternidade\/maternidade, reconhecimentos de filia\u00e7\u00e3o socioafetiva, demandas de alimentos, guarda, regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o de conviv\u00eancia e investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de paternidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio apresentar: certid\u00e3o de nascimento de quem pretende ser reconhecido (sem nome do pai ou m\u00e3e); documento pessoal com foto; comprovante de endere\u00e7o; comprovante de renda; documento do representante legal (em caso de crian\u00e7a\/adolescente); e dados do suposto pai (nome, telefone, endere\u00e7o, CPF, WhatsApp e e-mail, se souber). Para reconhecimento socioafetivo, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 preciso levar a certid\u00e3o de nascimento de quem ser\u00e1 reconhecido, mesmo j\u00e1 havendo pai ou m\u00e3e registral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
