{"id":7289,"date":"2025-10-08T17:24:43","date_gmt":"2025-10-08T20:24:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioclubedeinhapim.com.br\/?p=7289"},"modified":"2025-10-08T17:24:43","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T20:24:43","slug":"auxilio-emergencial-177-mil-familias-devem-devolver-valores-indevidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioclubedeinhapim.com.br\/index.php\/2025\/10\/08\/auxilio-emergencial-177-mil-familias-devem-devolver-valores-indevidos\/","title":{"rendered":"Aux\u00edlio emergencial: 177 mil fam\u00edlias devem devolver valores indevidos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a><\/a>Cerca de 177 mil fam\u00edlias que receberam indevidamente o aux\u00edlio emergencial, pago durante a pandemia de covid-19, foram notificadas pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento e Assist\u00eancia Social, Fam\u00edlia e Combate \u00e0 Fome (MDS) para devolverem um montante que totaliza R$ 478,8 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em nota, a pasta informou que est\u00e3o fora do processo de cobran\u00e7a pessoas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade, incluindo benefici\u00e1rios do Bolsa Fam\u00edlia e inscritos no Cadastro \u00danico; e quem recebeu valores inferiores a R$ 1,8 mil, tem renda familiar per capita de at\u00e9 dois sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos ou renda mensal familiar de at\u00e9 tr\u00eas sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores se d\u00e1 nos casos em que foram identificadas inconsist\u00eancias como: v\u00ednculo de emprego formal; recebimento de benef\u00edcio previdenci\u00e1rio; renda familiar superior ao limite legal; ou outras situa\u00e7\u00f5es que configuram pagamento indevido\u201d, destacou o minist\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda de acordo com a pasta, as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o enviadas, desde mar\u00e7o, via SMS, pelo WhatsApp, por e-mail e pelo aplicativo Notifica, \u201ccom foco nas pessoas com maior capacidade de pagamento e valores mais altos a devolver, conforme crit\u00e9rios do artigo 7\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 10.990\/2022\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O n\u00e3o pagamento dentro do prazo, segundo o comunicado, pode resultar em inscri\u00e7\u00e3o na D\u00edvida Ativa da Uni\u00e3o e no Cadastro Informativo de Cr\u00e9ditos n\u00e3o Quitados (Cadin), al\u00e9m da negativa\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00f3rg\u00e3os de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cerca de 177 mil fam\u00edlias que receberam indevidamente o aux\u00edlio emergencial, pago durante a pandemia de covid-19, foram notificadas pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento e Assist\u00eancia Social, Fam\u00edlia e Combate \u00e0 Fome (MDS) para devolverem um montante que totaliza R$ 478,8 milh\u00f5es.
