O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG) obteve, na tarde de ontem (20), o cumprimento de um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido em desfavor de um investigado por diversos crimes de furto qualificado praticados no munic\u00edpio de Iapu\/MG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pris\u00e3o foi realizada de forma r\u00e1pida e eficiente pela equipe da Pol\u00edcia Militar de Minas Gerais, com o aux\u00edlio do 3\u00ba Sargento Anderson Vieira de Rezende, do Destacamento de Iapu\/MG, que tamb\u00e9m elaborou of\u00edcio solicitando ao Promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro a propositura de medida cautelar de urg\u00eancia junto ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio para a captura do autor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com o MPMG, o investigado figura como r\u00e9u em diversas a\u00e7\u00f5es penais distribu\u00eddas em m\u00faltiplas comarcas, o que evidencia um hist\u00f3rico reiterado de conduta criminosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O pedido de pris\u00e3o preventiva foi formulado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico com fundamento nos artigos 312 e 313, inciso I, do C\u00f3digo de Processo Penal, diante da reitera\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e do risco concreto de novos delitos. Segundo a Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a, o acusado vinha sendo apontado em m\u00faltiplos boletins de ocorr\u00eancia por furtos em s\u00e9rie, utilizando o mesmo modus operandi em estabelecimentos comerciais e resid\u00eancias de Iapu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Justi\u00e7a acolheu integralmente o pedido ministerial e decretou a pris\u00e3o preventiva, destacando a necessidade da medida para garantir a ordem p\u00fablica e interromper a sequ\u00eancia de crimes patrimoniais que vinham gerando inseguran\u00e7a na comunidade local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
