A Pol\u00edcia Federal cumpriu, na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (5), mandados de busca, apreens\u00e3o e pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem suspeito de envolvimento com crimes de abuso sexual infantojuvenil em Ipatinga, no Vale do A\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A a\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Luz na Escurid\u00e3o, deflagrada para reunir novas provas que reforcem os ind\u00edcios j\u00e1 existentes de armazenamento, aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e compartilhamento de materiais de abuso infantil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Os mandados foram expedidos pela 2\u00aa Vara Federal de Ipatinga e cumpridos na resid\u00eancia do investigado. De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Federal, o material apreendido ser\u00e1 analisado para identificar poss\u00edveis v\u00edtimas e outras pessoas envolvidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A PF destacou que o fornecimento, divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, publica\u00e7\u00e3o ou posse de conte\u00fado pornogr\u00e1fico envolvendo crian\u00e7as e adolescentes \u00e9 uma grave viola\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos humanos. O Brasil, ao assinar e ratificar a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e o Protocolo Facultativo sobre Venda de Crian\u00e7as, Prostitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Pornografia Infantil, assumiu o compromisso de combater esse tipo de crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
