Um homem foi preso em flagrante pela Pol\u00edcia Federal na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (11), em Governador Valadares. A pris\u00e3o aconteceu durante o cumprimento de um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, parte da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Egeia V, que tem como objetivo identificar e prender suspeitos de envolvimento em crimes de abuso sexual infantojuvenil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com a PF, o mandado foi expedido pela 2\u00aa Vara Federal de Governador Valadares e decorre de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em ambiente cibern\u00e9tico que identificou o armazenamento e o compartilhamento de imagens e v\u00eddeos contendo cenas de abuso sexual de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, o investigado foi preso em flagrante por manter em seu poder material contendo registros desse tipo de crime, que \u00e9 considerado hediondo pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A opera\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte de um esfor\u00e7o cont\u00ednuo da Pol\u00edcia Federal para combater a viol\u00eancia sexual infantojuvenil. A PF destacou que o termo \u201cpornografia infantil\u201d, ainda presente no Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (artigo 241-E da Lei n\u00ba 8.069\/1990), tem sido substitu\u00eddo pela express\u00e3o \u201cabuso sexual de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes\u201d, adotada internacionalmente por refletir de forma mais precisa a gravidade e a viol\u00eancia desses crimes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
