Um homem de 33 anos foi preso nesta quarta-feira (12) em Conselheiro Pena, ap\u00f3s amea\u00e7ar jogar o filho nos trilhos da linha de trem e tirar a pr\u00f3pria vida. Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, ele descumpriu uma medida protetiva em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 ex-companheira, de 27 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O caso aconteceu no \u00faltimo domingo (9). De acordo com relato da mulher \u00e0 pol\u00edcia, no momento em que o homem deixava a crian\u00e7a com a m\u00e3e, com quem compartilha a guarda, ele fez as amea\u00e7as. Pessoas que passavam pelo local presenciaram a cena, intervieram e conseguiram resgatar a crian\u00e7a. O suspeito fugiu em seguida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s pedido do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, foi decretada a pris\u00e3o preventiva do homem. Ele foi localizado e detido pela equipe da Delegacia de Conselheiro Pena. O suspeito foi encaminhado ao pris\u00e3o e permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O delegado Diego Menezes Quintino, respons\u00e1vel pela investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, afirmou que \u201co descumprimento de medida protetiva \u00e9 uma conduta grave\u201d, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia do combate \u00e0 viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
