A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) divulgou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (9), que cumpriu, na \u00faltima sexta-feira (5), a pris\u00e3o preventiva de um homem de 39 anos investigado por provocar um acidente grave e fugir sem prestar socorro em Ipatinga, no Vale do Rio Doce. O suspeito \u00e9 natural de Mo\u00e7ambique e n\u00e3o possu\u00eda habilita\u00e7\u00e3o para dirigir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O acidente aconteceu no fim de outubro. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o motorista avan\u00e7ou uma sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de parada obrigat\u00f3ria e colidiu transversalmente com a motocicleta da v\u00edtima, que sofreu les\u00f5es corporais graves. Ap\u00f3s o impacto, ele fugiu do local e foi localizado posteriormente pela Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF) em Jo\u00e3o Monlevade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Na ocasi\u00e3o, o homem foi autuado em flagrante pelos crimes de dirigir sem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o gerando perigo de dano, les\u00e3o corporal culposa e evas\u00e3o do local do acidente. Ele foi liberado ap\u00f3s pagamento de fian\u00e7a no valor de R$ 1.500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante as apura\u00e7\u00f5es, a Pol\u00edcia Civil identificou risco real de nova fuga, j\u00e1 que o investigado n\u00e3o possui resid\u00eancia fixa comprovada no Brasil, nem v\u00ednculos familiares ou profissionais. Al\u00e9m disso, a soma das penas dos crimes imputados ultrapassa quatro anos, o que permitiu a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
