A Pol\u00edcia Civil cumpriu, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (23), um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em Caratinga, no Leste de Minas, durante investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura estelionato eletr\u00f4nico contra um idoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a mulher investigada mantinha uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de confian\u00e7a com a v\u00edtima, que tem pouca familiaridade com recursos digitais, e teria aproveitado dessa condi\u00e7\u00e3o para aplicar golpes financeiros de forma recorrente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com as apura\u00e7\u00f5es, a suspeita induzia o idoso a realizar procedimentos de reconhecimento facial e assinar documentos, alegando tratar-se de uma regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa. No entanto, os dados eram usados para abrir contas banc\u00e1rias digitais em nome dele, sem seu conhecimento ou autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s a abertura das contas, valores expressivos foram movimentados de forma indevida por meio de diversas transa\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras. A v\u00edtima s\u00f3 descobriu o golpe ao notar restri\u00e7\u00f5es no CPF e a exist\u00eancia de d\u00e9bitos que jamais contratou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante o cumprimento do mandado, a Pol\u00edcia Civil apreendeu aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos que ser\u00e3o analisados pela per\u00edcia. A corpora\u00e7\u00e3o informou que dados telef\u00f4nicos e o endere\u00e7o da investigada est\u00e3o vinculados \u00e0s contas fraudulentas, o que refor\u00e7a os ind\u00edcios de autoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
