A Advocacia-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (AGU) informou nesta sexta-feira (26) que conseguiu derrubar a liminar da Justi\u00e7a Federal de Mato Grosso que suspendeu o programa CNH do Brasil, elaborado pelo governo federal para facilitar o acesso da popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A decis\u00e3o foi proferida pelo Tribunal Regional Federal da 1\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRF1) ap\u00f3s a AGU recorrer da decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Na decis\u00e3o, o desembargador federal Jo\u00e3o Batista Moreira entendeu que o Conselho Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito (Contran) agiu dentro de seu poder regulamentar ao estabelecer as novas regras para tirar a CNH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Em nota, a AGU declarou que a decis\u00e3o evita impactos negativos aos motoristas e assegura a uniformidade do sistema nacional de tr\u00e2nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A principal mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 o fim da obrigatoriedade de frequentar aulas de autoescola na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para os exames te\u00f3rico e pr\u00e1tico dos departamentos de Tr\u00e2nsito (Detrans).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Com isso, o custo para tirar o documento, que hoje chega a R$ 5 mil, poder\u00e1 cair em 80%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
