O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais, por meio da 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Inhapim (Promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro), comunica a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o institucional do cumprimento de mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva, realizado em atua\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Militar e a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado de Minas Gerais, em desfavor de um homem de 44 anos de idade, foragido da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pris\u00e3o ocorreu no dia 20 de dezembro de 2025, durante opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial realizada na Rodovia LMG-823, no munic\u00edpio de Inhapim\/MG, sendo constatado que o foragido se encontrava evadido desde 05 de outubro de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O crime ocorreu no ano de 2014, no C\u00f3rrego dos Gabriel, zona rural de Inhapim\/MG. O acusado, na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de padrasto da v\u00edtima, uma menor de 10 anos de idade \u00e0 \u00e9poca dos fatos, praticou com ela ato libidinoso, configurando delito de extrema gravidade, que atinge v\u00edtimas em condi\u00e7\u00e3o especial de vulnerabilidade e viola diretamente sua dignidade, integridade f\u00edsica e psicol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
