Ap\u00f3s mat\u00e9ria publicada por nossa equipe informando que a a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial envolvendo professores da rede municipal ainda n\u00e3o havia transitado em julgado, o Sindicato dos Servidores P\u00fablicos encaminhou \u00e0 reda\u00e7\u00e3o uma nota de esclarecimento sobre o andamento do processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No comunicado, o sindicato afirma que a referida a\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 transitou em julgado e que o processo encontra-se atualmente na fase de cumprimento de senten\u00e7a, etapa em que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais discuss\u00e3o sobre o m\u00e9rito da decis\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a entidade, o t\u00edtulo judicial estaria formalizado, restando ao munic\u00edpio apenas a possibilidade de impugnar os valores apresentados, sem questionar o direito reconhecido aos professores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O sindicato tamb\u00e9m informa que o cumprimento da senten\u00e7a j\u00e1 foi iniciado, conforme decis\u00e3o proferida pelo Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
