A Pol\u00edcia Militar de Meio Ambiente aplicou uma multa de R$ 28.660,65 ap\u00f3s encontrar p\u00e1ssaros da fauna silvestre mantidos ilegalmente em cativeiro, em uma resid\u00eancia e um estabelecimento comercial em Carangola, na Zona da Mata mineira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas sobre a cria\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de aves nativas. Durante a vistoria, os militares encontraram 15 p\u00e1ssaros, entre eles trinca-ferros e coleiros, sendo que parte das aves n\u00e3o possu\u00eda anilhas de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e outras apresentavam ind\u00edcios de irregularidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O respons\u00e1vel, um homem de 44 anos, admitiu n\u00e3o ter autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os ambientais nem registro como criador amador. A equipe confirmou a aus\u00eancia de cadastro ap\u00f3s consulta ao sistema oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al\u00e9m da multa, foram lavrados um Auto de Infra\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental e um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO). Sete aves sem anilha passaram por avalia\u00e7\u00e3o veterin\u00e1ria e foram devolvidas \u00e0 natureza. As demais, por estarem anilhadas, permaneceram temporariamente sob a guarda do autuado, j\u00e1 que n\u00e3o havia deposit\u00e1rio fiel dispon\u00edvel no momento.
