A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Belo Horizonte vota, nesta quinta-feira (5\/2), um projeto de lei que quer instituir um programa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e escolta a parlamentares que sofrem amea\u00e7as em virtude do exerc\u00edcio do mandato eletivo. Denominado \u201cPrograma Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Escolta a Parlamentares Amea\u00e7ados\u201d, o texto prop\u00f5e acompanhamento e escolta pessoal; refor\u00e7o de seguran\u00e7a em reuni\u00f5es e eventos oficiais externos; e vigil\u00e2ncia preventiva em deslocamentos e locais de atua\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica. A vota\u00e7\u00e3o acontece a partir das 14h30, no Plen\u00e1rio Amintas de Barros, e pode ser acompanhada presencialmente ou de forma remota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De autoria do vereador Sargento Jalyson (PL), a medida tramita em 1\u00ba turno e precisa de, no m\u00ednimo, 21 votos para avan\u00e7ar, de acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara. Para ter acesso ao programa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, o vereador dever\u00e1 formalizar o pedido munido de boletim de ocorr\u00eancia e outros elementos que comprovem a amea\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a Casa, a Mesa Diretora ir\u00e1 deliberar sobre a pertin\u00eancia da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o e, em caso de acolhimento, contactar os \u00f3rg\u00e3os de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica para que sejam adotadas as medidas necess\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para as medidas, a C\u00e2mara Municipal poderia celebrar conv\u00eanios ou acordos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica.
