Eleitores interessados em alterar temporariamente se\u00e7\u00e3o ou local de vota\u00e7\u00e3o podem, a partir desta segunda-feira (22), fazer a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o junto \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral. A medida vale apenas para mudan\u00e7as para se\u00e7\u00f5es localizadas no mesmo munic\u00edpio em que o eleitor esteja inscrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O prazo para a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da transfer\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria encerrar\u00e1 no dia 22 de agosto. O primeiro turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais de 2024 ser\u00e1 no <\/a>dia 6 de outubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), a transfer\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria s\u00f3 pode ser requisitada por eleitores em situa\u00e7\u00e3o regular no cadastro eleitoral. Ela \u00e9 adotada com o intuito de \u201cpermitir que pessoas, em raz\u00e3o do trabalho, de dificuldades de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o ou por estarem privadas provisoriamente de liberdade, possam votar em se\u00e7\u00f5es eleitorais diferentes das que est\u00e3o registradas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre os eleitores que podem pedir a transfer\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria est\u00e3o presos provis\u00f3rios e adolescentes em unidades de interna\u00e7\u00e3o; militares, agentes de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e guardas municipais em servi\u00e7o; pessoas com defici\u00eancia ou com mobilidade reduzida; ind\u00edgenas, quilombolas, integrantes de comunidade tradicional ou residentes em assentamento rural; ju\u00edzes (inclusive auxiliares), servidores da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral e promotores eleitorais.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
