Na noite de sexta-feira (13\/02), a Pol\u00edcia Militar de Minas Gerais, por meio do 62\u00ba BPM, prendeu um homem, 23 anos, por dirigir sob influ\u00eancia de \u00e1lcool na Avenida Dario da Anuncia\u00e7\u00e3o Grossi, em Caratinga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia informando que um ve\u00edculo VW Santana, de cor cinza, estaria transitando em alta velocidade pela regi\u00e3o central da cidade, sendo que o condutor aparentava ser menor de idade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De posse das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a equipe policial iniciou dilig\u00eancias imediatas, logrando \u00eaxito em localizar e abordar o ve\u00edculo na Avenida Dario da Anuncia\u00e7\u00e3o Grossi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, os militares constataram que o condutor era inabilitado e apresentava sintomas de embriaguez. Submetido ao teste de alcoolemia, foi constatado o resultado de 0,37 mg\/l de \u00e1lcool no ar alveolar expelido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Diante dos fatos, o autor foi preso em flagrante por dirigir sob influ\u00eancia de \u00e1lcool, sendo confeccionados os autos de infra\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e2nsito pertinentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Foi arbitrada fian\u00e7a no valor de um sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, a qual foi paga pelo conduzido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
