Um homem foi condenado a 30 anos de reclus\u00e3o pelo assassinato da esposa, ocorrido em abril de 2025, em Santo Ant\u00f4nio do Grama, na Zona da Mata. O julgamento foi realizado na \u00faltima sexta-feira, dia 27 de fevereiro, no Tribunal do J\u00fari de Rio Casca, e contou com a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do promotor de Justi\u00e7a Guilherme Lincoln Rocha Pereira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A senten\u00e7a, que condenou o homem por feminic\u00eddio, determinou ainda o imediato in\u00edcio da execu\u00e7\u00e3o da pena, a ser cumprida, inicialmente, em regime fechado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conforme narrado pela den\u00fancia, na madrugada de 7 de abril de 2025, na zona rural de Santo Ant\u00f4nio do Grama, o homem condenado usou uma cavadeira para golpear a esposa e, em seguida, mediante estrangulamento, causou a sua morte. Posteriormente, colocou uma corda no pesco\u00e7o da mulher para simular que ela tivesse cometido suic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A den\u00fancia ressalta que a v\u00edtima era portadora de esclerose m\u00faltipla e diabetes, doen\u00e7as degenerativas que acarretam vulnerabilidade f\u00edsica e mental. Uma per\u00edcia m\u00e9dica apontou que a causa da morte foi asfixia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
