Uma mulher de 68 anos morreu ap\u00f3s uma colis\u00e3o entre um carro e uma caminhonete na noite desta segunda-feira (2), na BR-259, em Resplendor. O acidente aconteceu no km 50 da rodovia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Militar Rodovi\u00e1ria, o carro seguia no sentido Aimor\u00e9s\u2013Galil\u00e9ia quando, ao se aproximar do trecho, o motorista se deparou com a caminhonete na contram\u00e3o. O condutor afirmou que n\u00e3o conseguiu desviar, momento em que houve a batida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A passageira do carro ficou presa \u00e0s ferragens e morreu ainda no local. O motorista do ve\u00edculo, de 77 anos, sofreu escoria\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O condutor da caminhonete, de 71 anos, relatou que seguia no sentido Governador Valadares\u2013Resplendor e que se recorda apenas do impacto da colis\u00e3o. Ele se queixava de dores no t\u00f3rax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Duas equipes do Corpo de Bombeiros atuaram na ocorr\u00eancia. Ap\u00f3s os trabalhos da per\u00edcia t\u00e9cnica, os militares realizaram o desencarceramento da v\u00edtima fatal e a limpeza da pista. O tr\u00e1fego foi liberado ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o dos atendimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ainda conforme a ocorr\u00eancia, diante da suspeita de que o motorista da caminhonete pudesse ter ingerido bebida alco\u00f3lica, ele foi convidado a realizar o teste do etil\u00f4metro, mas recusou.
