A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Rio de Janeiro prendeu, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (3), o ator Jos\u00e9 Dumont, de 75 anos, em cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O ator foi preso em sua casa no bairro do Flamengo, na Zona Sul do Rio, e levado para a delegacia por agentes da Divis\u00e3o de Capturas e Pol\u00edcia Interestadual (DC-Polinter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O caso teve origem em 2022, quando, segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, Dumont levou para o interior de seu apartamento um menino de 11 anos, filho de uma ambulante que vendia alimentos na porta do pr\u00e9dio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Moradores denunciaram a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 pol\u00edcia e relataram que a crian\u00e7a teria ido ao im\u00f3vel em outras ocasi\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O ator foi condenado a 9 anos e 4 meses de pris\u00e3o em decis\u00e3o definitiva, ap\u00f3s tr\u00e2nsito em julgado no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (TJ-RJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
