No inicio da noite do dia 04 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, a Pol\u00edcia Militar de Minas Gerais por meio do Destacamento de Santa Rita de Minas realizou a pris\u00e3o de um homem de 35 anos com mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto no munic\u00edpio de Santa Rita de Minas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s tomarem conhecimento da exist\u00eancia do mandado judicial, as equipes policiais militares montaram uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o com o objetivo de dar cumprimento \u00e0 ordem de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, os militares deslocaram-se at\u00e9 o endere\u00e7o do suspeito, localizado no bairro Santo Ant\u00f4nio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ao perceber a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o das viaturas policiais, o homem tentou fugir descendo uma escadaria que dava acesso ao im\u00f3vel, por\u00e9m foi rapidamente alcan\u00e7ado e contido pelos militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O autor foi informado sobre o mandado de pris\u00e3o expedido em seu desfavor, relacionado aos crimes previstos no C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro, incluindo les\u00e3o corporal e roubo. Em seguida, recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o por ordem judicial. Posteriormente, o homem foi conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil para as provid\u00eancias legais cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
