A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG), por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Inhapim, em trabalho conjunto com o Setor de Intelig\u00eancia do 12\u00ba Departamento de Pol\u00edcia Civil, cumpriu, nesta data, mandado de pris\u00e3o decorrente de condena\u00e7\u00e3o criminal em desfavor de um homem de 47 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O indiv\u00edduo foi condenado pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, cometido na comarca de Ipatinga. Ao final da tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do processo penal, a Justi\u00e7a fixou a pena em 6 anos e 5 meses de reclus\u00e3o, a ser cumprida em regime inicialmente fechado, sendo expedido o respectivo mandado de pris\u00e3o. Desde fevereiro de 2025, o condenado encontrava-se foragido da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias investigativas, os policiais civis localizaram o condenado na cidade de Inhapim, onde foi efetuada a pris\u00e3o e dado cumprimento \u00e0 ordem judicial. O preso foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial para os procedimentos de praxe e, posteriormente, encaminhado ao sistema prisional, onde permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a para o cumprimento da pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
