Uma mulher investigada por abusar sexualmente da sobrinha e afilhada em Mesquita foi presa preventivamente nesta sexta-feira (6) em Ipatinga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es divulgadas pela Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG), os abusos ocorreram entre 2021 e 2024, na zona rural. A v\u00edtima tinha entre sete e 10 anos na \u00e9poca dos fatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA investigada, que \u00e9 tia e madrinha da v\u00edtima, teria se aproveitado da rela\u00e7\u00e3o de confian\u00e7a para cometer diversos atos de natureza sexual contra a menina.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A mulher, que atualmente tem 38 anos, n\u00e3o teve o nome revelado. O g1 n\u00e3o havia conseguido localizar a defesa dela at\u00e9 a \u00faltima atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o desta reportagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conforme a PCMG, no local da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foram reunidos \u201celementos que apontam para a materialidade e autoria das condutas investigadas\u201d; entre as provas, est\u00e1 o laudo m\u00e9dico-pericial que constatou a viol\u00eancia sexual cometida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A PCMG ainda afirmou que a crian\u00e7a chegou a relatar os abusos aos familiares, mas alguns parentes \u201cpassaram a defender a suspeita e a constranger a v\u00edtima para que n\u00e3o levasse o caso ao conhecimento das autoridades, situa\u00e7\u00e3o que configura o crime de coa\u00e7\u00e3o no curso do processo.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
