Na madrugada deste domingo (15\/03), a Pol\u00edcia Militar de Minas Gerais prendeu um homem com mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto no munic\u00edpio de Inhapim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Os militares receberam informa\u00e7\u00f5es an\u00f4nimas indicando que havia um indiv\u00edduo ferido nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es de uma boate no C\u00f3rrego Cachoeir\u00e3o, zona Rural de Inhapim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De imediato, uma equipe policial militar deslocou at\u00e9 o local, onde encontrou o homem de 36 anos bastante exaltado, apresentando sinais de poss\u00edvel ingest\u00e3o de bebida alco\u00f3lica e\/ou subst\u00e2ncias entorpecentes, al\u00e9m de um pequeno ferimento na regi\u00e3o abdominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Questionado sobre a origem do ferimento, o indiv\u00edduo relatou apenas que teria sofrido uma queda. Durante consulta ao Banco Nacional de Mandados de Pris\u00e3o, foi constatada a exist\u00eancia de um mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto em seu desfavor, expedido em raz\u00e3o de regress\u00e3o cautelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O mandado est\u00e1 relacionado a crimes previstos no C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro, entre eles roubo (art. 157, caput e \u00a72\u00ba), furto (art. 155), les\u00e3o corporal no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica (art. 129, \u00a79\u00ba), desacato (art. 331) e dano (art. 163, par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Diante da constata\u00e7\u00e3o, o autor foi preso e encaminhado ao Hospital S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, em Inhapim, onde recebeu atendimento m\u00e9dico.
