No dia 18 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, por volta das 08h00, a Pol\u00edcia Militar de Minas Gerais por meio do 62\u00ba BPM realizou a pris\u00e3o de um foragido da Justi\u00e7a no munic\u00edpio de Ipanema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante patrulhamento, os militares visualizaram um homem de 39 anos, j\u00e1 conhecido por possuir mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ao perceber a presen\u00e7a policial, o indiv\u00edduo tentou fugir, sendo perseguido e alcan\u00e7ado no interior de uma empresa, onde foi devidamente contido e preso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O mandado refere-se \u00e0 regress\u00e3o de regime, relacionada ao crime previsto no artigo 157 do C\u00f3digo Penal (Lei n\u00ba 2.848), que trata de roubo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
