O Tribunal do J\u00fari da Comarca de Inhapim realizar\u00e1, na pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira, dia 23 de mar\u00e7o de 2026, \u00e0s 8h00min, sess\u00e3o de julgamento na 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel, Criminal e de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais. A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 conduzida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ser\u00e3o levados a julgamento dois acusados, pronunciados pela pr\u00e1tica de tentativa de homic\u00eddio duplamente qualificado. Um terceiro corr\u00e9u teve a punibilidade extinta em raz\u00e3o de falecimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a den\u00fancia, os fatos ocorreram em 21 de outubro de 2012, por volta da 1h00min, no centro de Dom Cavati\/MG. Os acusados, motivados por desaven\u00e7as de natureza pol\u00edtica, perseguiram a v\u00edtima, que tentou fugir inicialmente de bicicleta e depois a p\u00e9. Durante a persegui\u00e7\u00e3o, a v\u00edtima foi cercada e violentamente agredida com capacete, peda\u00e7os de madeira e chutes, principalmente na cabe\u00e7a, chegando a desmaiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mesmo ca\u00edda, a v\u00edtima continuou a ser atacada at\u00e9 que vizinhos intervieram, fazendo com que os agressores fugissem. Ela foi socorrida em estado grave e permaneceu internada por 39 dias, sofrendo traumatismo craniano severo e sequelas permanentes, incluindo paralisia de membro superior, comprometimento dos movimentos e d\u00e9ficit cognitivo significativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico aponta que o crime foi praticado por motivo f\u00fatil, relacionado a diverg\u00eancias pol\u00edticas, e mediante recurso que dificultou a defesa da v\u00edtima, uma vez que foi atacada por v\u00e1rios agressores de forma violenta e inesperada. A morte n\u00e3o se consumou devido \u00e0 interven\u00e7\u00e3o de terceiros e ao socorro prestado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O julgamento ser\u00e1 realizado no F\u00f3rum da Comarca de Inhapim, com in\u00edcio previsto para as 8h00min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
