A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) cumpriu, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (8), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem investigado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel no munic\u00edpio de Ipaba, no Vale do A\u00e7o. O suspeito \u00e9 vereador da cidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s a v\u00edtima, uma mulher de 20 anos, procurar a delegacia para denunciar o abuso. De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o crime teria ocorrido em uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade, j\u00e1 que a v\u00edtima estava sob efeito de \u00e1lcool, potencializado pelo uso de medicamentos, o que teria comprometido sua capacidade de rea\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos, a pol\u00edcia reuniu elementos de prova t\u00e9cnicos e testemunhais que embasaram o pedido de pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado. A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita pela autoridade policial e posteriormente autorizada pela Justi\u00e7a, ap\u00f3s manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s ser detido, o suspeito foi encaminhado para a Delegacia Regional de Pol\u00edcia Civil em Ipatinga, onde foram realizados os procedimentos legais.
